These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of trilogytrucking.com (the "Site"), operated by Trilogy Trucking Inc ("Trilogy Trucking," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational and marketing website for Trilogy Trucking Inc, a licensed motor carrier (USDOT 3770308). The Site does not sell goods, process payments, or provide any online account system. Its primary interactive feature is a contact form used to submit inquiries related to driving positions, owner operator partnerships, customer freight needs, and general questions.

2. Use of the Contact Form

When you submit the contact form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Submitting the form does not create an employment relationship, an offer of employment, a contract for carriage, or any other binding obligation on Trilogy Trucking. All hiring, contracting, and freight arrangements are subject to separate review, qualification, and agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Response or Outcome

While we aim to respond to inquiries promptly, we do not guarantee a response within any specific timeframe, or that any inquiry will result in an interview, job offer, owner operator agreement, or freight contract.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photographs, the Trilogy Trucking name and logo, and the layout and design of the Site — is the property of Trilogy Trucking Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site's content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits abusive, unlawful, or disruptive use of the Site, including attempts to compromise its security or submit fraudulent or malicious content through the contact form.
